Tony Cerullo brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience and over 14 years of leadership expertise to his role as Director of Operations at ClinPath Diagnostics, where he oversees operational excellence and strategic growth across clinical and administrative functions. His mission is to elevate diagnostic quality, enhance efficiency, and ensure outstanding patient-centric outcomes at every step.

Tony began his healthcare career in 1996 and has held pivotal roles including Administrative Director of Technical Operations in Anatomic Pathology at Sonora Quest Laboratories, Director of Laboratory Services at Longmont United Hospital, and numerous clinical positions as a certified Pathologists’ Assistant in Utah and Colorado.

He holds a Master of Health Science in Pathologists’ Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University and multiple undergraduate degrees in the sciences. Tony is certified as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP), Pathologists’ Assistant (ASCP), and California-licensed CLS. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and will sit for his FACHE board certification in January 2026.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Tony is a dedicated age-group triathlete, representing Team USA at the World Triathlon Championships in Málaga, Spain, and a multiple-time overall and age-group podium finisher in Arizona triathlons. He and his wife are also entrepreneurs, operating a rapidly growing franchise business in Arizona—balancing business ownership, athletic competition, and family life with the same drive for excellence that defines Tony’s career.
