Chris Ross, PHR, is an experienced Human Capital Management leader with more than a decade of expertise in healthcare human resources, total rewards, payroll, organizational development, and talent management. He is a graduate of Ferris State University in Michigan and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Throughout his career, Chris has supported laboratories, acute care facilities, and privately owned healthcare organizations by implementing strategic HR initiatives and creating processes that improve efficiency and outcomes.

In his current role, Chris provides leadership across Pathology Specialists of Arizona. He partners with leaders and team members to ensure that HR services, benefits, compliance, and payroll functions support organizational goals while also fostering a positive employee experience.

Originally from Michigan, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephew, and traveling to new destinations (preferably warmer climates).
